A Timeline of Growth
The Beginning
Founded in a small warehouse in Arlington, TX, with a simple mission: give used boxes a second life. Started by collecting surplus corrugated boxes from local businesses and reselling them at affordable prices. Initial inventory: 500 boxes.
First Major Customer
Landed our first recurring business customer — a local e-commerce company that saved 45% on shipping boxes by switching to used. This partnership validated our business model and sparked rapid word-of-mouth growth.
Expanding Operations
Added gaylord boxes and industrial-grade packaging to our inventory. Opened our first dedicated sorting and grading facility, ensuring consistent quality for every box we sell. Introduced the A/B/C grading system.
Pallet Division Launched
Responded to growing customer demand by adding used pallets to our product line. Hired our first dedicated pallet inspector and began repairing pallets on-site to maximize reuse.
Buy Back Program Launch
Introduced our popular buy back program, helping businesses monetize their surplus packaging materials instead of sending them to landfills. This program quickly became our fastest-growing service and created a self-sustaining supply chain.
Expanded Warehouse
Moved into a larger 15,000 sq ft facility to accommodate growing inventory and operations. This move allowed us to stock 30+ box sizes simultaneously and handle higher volumes.
Transportation Fleet
Invested in our own transportation fleet to offer pickup and delivery services. This allowed us to serve customers across the greater DFW metroplex and beyond with reliable logistics. Added box trucks and flatbeds.
Custom Cutting Service
Opened our custom cutting station, enabling us to modify boxes to exact specifications. This service became a hit with e-commerce businesses looking to right-size their packaging and reduce DIM weight charges.
Sustainability Milestone
Reached the milestone of recycling over 1 million pounds of corrugated material. Launched our comprehensive recycling and disposal service for businesses of all sizes. Began providing waste diversion certificates.
Consultation Service
Introduced free packaging consultation services, helping businesses optimize their entire packaging operations. Our consultants began conducting on-site assessments and delivering actionable savings reports.
Facility Upgrade
Expanded to our current 25,000+ sq ft facility with dedicated zones for sorting, custom cutting, baling, and customer pickup. Upgraded equipment and increased capacity by 60%.
