What is the minimum order for new boxes?
Standard (non-printed) new boxes have a minimum of 25 units. Custom printed boxes require a minimum of 250 units. Contact us for exact pricing at your quantity.
How long does it take to get new boxes?
Standard new boxes are typically available within 3-5 business days. Custom printed boxes take 2-3 weeks after proof approval. Rush production is available.
Can I get white boxes instead of kraft brown?
Yes. We offer both kraft brown and white exterior options for most new box sizes. White boxes cost slightly more but provide a cleaner appearance for retail and branding.
Do you handle the artwork for custom printing?
We can work with your existing artwork (AI, PDF, EPS) or connect you with a designer if you need help. We provide proofs for approval before printing begins.
Are your new boxes eco-friendly?
Yes. Our new corrugated boxes contain an average of 50% recycled content. They are also 100% recyclable after use. We encourage customers to use our recycling service when done.
