Quality Assurance

Our Inspection Process

01

Visual Inspection

Every pallet is checked for visible cracks, splits, rot, mold, and structural damage. We look for broken or missing boards, protruding nails, and signs of pest infestation.

02

Structural Testing

We assess weight-bearing capacity and check for weak points under load. Pallets that flex excessively or show signs of fatigue are removed from sale inventory.

03

Sorting & Grading

Pallets are sorted by size, type, and condition grade (A, B, or C). Each grade has specific criteria so you always know what you are getting.

04

Repair if Needed

Minor damage is repaired — boards are replaced, nails are re-secured, and rough edges are addressed. Repaired pallets are graded accordingly.

05

Stacking & Storage

Graded pallets are stacked by type and grade in our warehouse, ready for immediate fulfillment when your order comes in.

FAQ

Pallet Questions

Are used pallets safe to use?

Yes. Every pallet we sell is inspected for structural integrity. We check for broken boards, protruding nails, rot, and pest damage. Only pallets that pass our inspection are offered for sale.

Can I use used pallets for export shipping?

It depends on destination requirements. Many countries require ISPM-15 heat-treated (HT stamped) pallets. We carry HT pallets when available. Ask about availability for your export needs.

Do you buy back pallets?

Yes. Our buy-back program pays $2-8 per pallet depending on size, type, and condition. We pick up at your location for free on qualifying quantities (typically 50+ pallets).

How many pallets can you deliver at once?

Our flatbed trucks can deliver up to 60 standard pallets per load. For very large orders, we arrange multiple deliveries or full truckloads (up to 400+ pallets).

Do you offer pallet repair services?

We repair pallets in-house as part of our processing. If you have damaged pallets at your facility, contact us — we may be able to repair and buy them back instead of having them disposed.

What is the difference between stringer and block pallets?

Stringer pallets use 2x4 boards as structural supports and offer 2-way forklift entry. Block pallets use wood blocks and offer true 4-way entry. Block pallets are stronger and more versatile but cost more.
