How long does a consultation take?
The initial discovery meeting takes about 30 minutes by phone or in person. The on-site assessment takes 1-2 hours depending on facility size. You receive a written report within one week.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Having invoices or records of current packaging spend is helpful but not required. Access to your warehouse or shipping area is needed for the on-site assessment. That is all we need to get started.
Will you try to sell me used boxes instead of new?
We recommend what is genuinely best for your application. Sometimes that is used boxes, sometimes new, and sometimes a mix. Our goal is to optimize your total packaging cost and performance.
Can you do remote consultations for businesses outside DFW?
Yes. While on-site assessments provide the most value, we can conduct initial consultations via video call. For businesses outside our delivery area, we can still provide valuable recommendations on sizing, materials, and sourcing strategy.
