Your Delivery Experience
Confirmation Call
You receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery window. For scheduled routes, we confirm your standing schedule at setup.
En-Route Notification
Our driver contacts you when they are headed to your location so you can prepare your receiving area.
Professional Unloading
Our trucks are equipped with pallet jacks and liftgates. We unload at your dock or designated area — you do not need equipment on your end.
Delivery Verification
Driver confirms the delivery with you and provides a delivery receipt for your records. Any issues are resolved on the spot.
Pickup on Same Trip
If you have materials for our buy-back program, we can pick them up on the same trip — maximizing efficiency for both of us.
Transportation Questions
Is there a delivery fee?
Zone 1 orders over a qualifying amount ship free. Zone 2 has a flat delivery fee. Zone 3 and freight orders are quoted individually. Contact us for specific pricing to your location.
Can you deliver to locations without a loading dock?
Yes. Our trucks are equipped with liftgates that can lower pallets and heavy items to ground level. Pallet jacks are included on every truck for positioning.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday deliveries can be arranged for large orders. Standard delivery scheduling is Monday through Friday during business hours.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Our trucks are GPS tracked. For scheduled deliveries, we provide estimated arrival windows and drivers call when en route.
What is your delivery radius?
We deliver throughout the DFW metroplex (approximately 50-mile radius from Arlington). For locations beyond this area, we arrange LTL or full truckload freight shipping.
Can you pick up and deliver on the same trip?
Absolutely. This is common for buy-back customers — we drop off their order and pick up their surplus materials in one efficient trip.
